Ammunition found in dump

A refuse collection worker got quite a shock when emptying a bin in the centre of Santa Cruz. The operator immediately phoned the police after discovering 36 cartridges and 19 shell cases commonly used in pistols. Officers who went to the scene included agents with the special weapons inspection unit.
