Dinosaur caught flouting Spain’s coronavirus curfew laws!

This is the hilarious moment a man dressed as a Tyrannosaurus Rex tries to beat the street curfew imposed by the Spanish Government in a bid to head off the coronavirus crisis.

The man was ticked off by the police when spotted waddling around a district of Murcia INSIDE a rubber dinosaur costume!
Stunned officers stopped their patrol car as the T Rex negotiated a zebra crossing and then attempted to get to the other side of the road in front of the vehicle.
A perplexed policeman is seen trying to “interview” the 8ft tall dinosaur who appeared to be wanting to get back to his home. The man inside the costume seems to gesticulate at a nearby building before being allowed to continue.
The new State of Emergency laws imposed by the Spanish Government on March 14th say only PEOPLE going to the supermarket, bank, chemist, to or from work or to visit an elderly relative are allowed out on the streets.
It isn’t clear why the man was dressed as a dinosaur or why he was out and about flouting the rules but at least Murcia police saw the funny side.
Posting the video on their Twitter site, they conceded that PETS were allowed out to spend a penny provided they were accompanied by their owner but the exceptions did NOT include dinosaurs!
“We don’t think a Tyrannosaurus Rex is included in these exceptions!” they said.
