All Saints Church news 

All Saints Church is a little piece of England tucked away in the picturesque Parque Taoro, Puerto de la Cruz. Our Services Holy Communion on Sundays 9.30am and 11am and on Wednesdays at 10am. Our fortnightly Taize Services with the German Lutheran church begin again on Thursday 12th September at 5.30 pm.Come and join in our fellowship together you will be very welcome.   

At the end of July we very sadly said goodbye to our Interim Priest of 15 months, Reverend Paula Clifford . We thank you Reverend Paula for your time with us all, for your many changes that you have introduced to improve Christian Fellowship not always easily but always for the good of the church in mind.Two memorable occasions marked the end of her stay with us ,after the Sunday Service a Bring and Share lunch was held and on her last Service the Wednesday she officiated at the celebration of the 20th Wedding  Anniversary Blessing of our treasurer Cheryl  and her husband Jose. A befiting end to her time with us all.
All Saints is planning to start a Scout Group in October , and are looking for volunteers who are interested in becoming Scout Leaders  , Assistant Scout Leaders or Section Assistants, so if you enjoyed Scouts or Guides in your youth why not give it a try. Initially it will be a Beaver Colony ages six to eight and a half years old ,a great and new opportunity  for children to enjoy interesting and fun activities and meet new friends . Wednesday 14th August we start our fortnightly Bible Studies in which we shall be looking at Pauls Letter to the Romans.  During September we will be holding another Bring and Share lunch these are proving extremely popular and very tasty too. Date will be published in the next issue of Tenerife News October 6th Harvest Festival will be celebrated with a Bring and Share lunch. This is a time when the church gathers produce mainly from the generosity of our local British schools and gives to the poor. The church is always bedecked with the wonderful offerings. Saturday October 5th is the date you have all been waiting for, the start of our Car Boot season, once again the church grounds will be humming with buyers and sellers alike. Food is also available which makes it a great day out and a chance to meet old friends and catch u .
