Praise for tennis player
The Mayor of El Rosario, Escolástico Gil, has praised young tennis player Daniel Ventura, a resident of Tabaiba, for his continued success.
He has been awarded for the second consecutive year by the prestigious Barry Universty of Miami, in the state of Florida ( USA).
Daniel Ventura, who was accompanied by his father, Francisco Javier González, detailed his tennis history, since he started in the Club Andrea de Tabaiba until he landed at the Canarias Tennis Academy in Los Campitos and later, given his skills, was signed for the Barry University team, with which he managed to reach the semifinals of the Sunshine State Conference disputed last year.
The Mayor congratulated the athlete, only 20 years old, for his success (he came to be ranked 199th in the national ranking) and encouraged him to continue to combine his studies and sports practice.
