All Saints church news 

All Saints Church built at the turn of the century is a delightful traditional English church tucked away in the picturesque Parque Taoro Puerto de la Cruz. We welcome anyone in good standing to take Holy Communion at the Altar Rail.

Come and join us, our Services are as follows:

Sunday 9.30am Holy Communion from the Book of Common Prayer. 11am Sung Eucharist Service

Wednesday 10am Service of Holy Communion.

Coffee is served after the main Sunday Services and also on Wednesdays so we can enjoy a time of Fellowship together.

On Sunday April 24th All Saints Church commemorated the Anniversary of the Dan Air plane crash in which 146 people lost their lives. Prayers led by The Very Reverend Michael Higgins were said in the Memorial Rose Garden.

A Saint Georges day Service was held on Saturday April 23rd in All Saints a traditional blend of Hymns and Readings.

Saturday May 7th sees once again one of our famous Car Boots, gates open at 11.30. These are not to be missed a great day out. Take part in the hustle and bustle of the day as you browse amongst the various stalls, enjoy a tasty snack in the Bistro and catch up with old friends. This is the last but one Car Boot before the summer break, the ultimate one being on June 4th.

The Inter Quiz will be held in the church grounds on Tuesday May 10th at 7pm hosted by the Wednesday Group. These informal Inter quizzes involve the various groups in the north of the island an extremely popular get together. So come along form a team if you wish and test your knowledge on a variety of questions. Cost one Euro which is donated to the Charity of the hosting team.

All Saints Church will be commemorating the Queens 90th Birthday with a Street Party on Saturday June 18th details from Caroline Kirkham on 922381981.

On May 9th The Very Reverend Michael Higgins and his wife Margaret return to the UK. We have enjoyed their time with us all. On May 10th our Locum Priest will be the Reverend Jeffrey Green who will be with us until July 5th with his wife Liz.
