Troya Restaurant and Bar

Customers of the recently-opened Troya restaurant are singing the praises of the atmosphere, with very special reason.

Diners say they particularly like the live entertainment each evening from 8pm to 11pm (except for Sunday), courtesy of Italian guitarist and singer, Elvezio. You can wine and dine in a lovely environment whilst enjoying his music and songs but it is just the right level so you can still have a conversation.

Elvezio’s deeper voice is especially suited to classic rock, with his repertoire including Dire Straits, Chris Rea, Eric Clapton and Pink Floyd. For the first part of his show, he plays accoustic, such as The Shadows and other favourites you will recognise. If you want a request, he can also oblige.

The great thing about Troya is that it is very accessible and in a lovely green area of Los Cristianos. Owner Angel speaks English and always welcomes his guests. The interior is cool, classic and elegant and there are two terraces if you wish to sit outside. The menu is international, offering good food and good service.

Troya is under the Reveron apartments. If you find La Caixa bank opposite the Sunday market site, turn right here and walk up the slight hill. It is on the right at the first mini roundabout near other restaurants and bars.
