Belgian party at Restaurante Sebastian

Tenerife Estate Agents, Clear Blue Skies Group recently celebrated their amazing successes with their Belgian clients at Restaurante Sebastian in Torviscas Bajo.

A predominately British Estate Agency, Clear Blue Skies three years ago embarked on a policy of change. This involved engaging colleagues of other nationalities, starting with Belgian William Lauwers, who has since been joined by Frank Borremans and Viviane Van Den Bossche.

No less than 52 people attended and enjoyed the fine food and drinks provided by Sebastian’s Raul Roldan Munoz and his colleagues and live music by the wonderful Estaban, playing saxophone, flute and clarinet.

Many of Clear Blue’s existing clients were joined by a number of prospective clients, many of whom were first introduced at recent property exhibitions in Brussels and Ghent. William made an amusing and profound speech, encouraging prospective clients to chat with existing clients so they could know first hand about the unique and comprehensive service offered by Clear Blue Skies Group. William also took the opportunity to present a prize of a weekend in Abama Hotel to clients who had visited Clear Blue’s stand in an exhibition recently in Ghent.

The event was declared a massive success by all present and William concluded his address by thanking Raul and his staff for providing such a wonderful array of splendid food.

Alan Nicolson, partner of Clear Blue Skies Group SL and Sebastian Tenerife SL said:

“Ever since evolving from being British Estate Agents in Tenerife to adopting a more international position, we have been most successful by far in selling to Belgian clients and this was an opportunity to bring together existing and prospective clients. The other notable characteristic about Belgians is their love of quality food, so it gave us an opportunity to showcase the fantastic food and music on offer at our other business, Restaurante Sebastian. I think it would be fair to say the afternoon was an incredible success”.
