Adeje hits home drug message
Adeje has been continuing its pioneering work to warn young people about the dangers of dabbling with drugs.
The municipality is a leader in such campaigns and experts have visited local schools with help and advice under the banner of “More information, less risk”.
This is the fifth year of the Municipal Drugs’ Plan in secondary schools, with students at Los Olivos and Las Torres being told of the risks of substance abuse.
The discussions involved promoting healthy habits and talking about the psychological and physical changes which can happen once young people become addicted.
