After studying languages in Barcelona, Munich and Poitiers he worked for Thomas Cook, before becoming head guide in Tunisia then Menorca. While working in Menorca he met his wife Anne and they moved to Tenerife in 1974. Many people will remember Tim from his 30 years in the Estate Agency where he gave help and support; and told terrible jokes. Tim was President of the International British Yeoward School for six years when his daughters Alexandra and Claire were pupils. Tim remained positive throughout his illness, surprising doctors and friends by his ability to bounce back, always with a grin. He even cheered up fellow patients. His family and friends will miss him very much and his terrible jokes! There will be a service at All Saints' Church on 16th May at 4.30pm to celebrate his life. Donations to Cancer Care Tenerife for the wonderful treatment he received over the past seven years. Edition 349

Tim was born in Leeds and raised in Scarborough. His father Tommy raced and rallied Jowett Jupiters, hence Tim's love of classic cars, especially his Jupiter.
