The Resort

The Palms is a delightful complex comprising 118 one and two bedroomed properties surrounding lush sub-tropical gardens, a bar/restaurant and four communal swimming pools, the largest of which is heated during. Most properties have an allocated parking space.

The 27 hole Championship Golf Course which is discounted to The Palms residents, is a 10 minute walk away along with a vast selection of dining and entertainment experiences.

Everything that the island has to offer can be accessed from the South motorway which is just 4km from the resort. For those who would rather not drive on the wrong side of the road a taxi rank and bus stop are located just 500m away.

Apartment Features

Spacious (one bedroom apartments approx. 63m2, two-bedroom apartments 115m2) units with private entrance, entrance hall, large double bedrooms and 50m2 terraces

One-bedroom apartments (maximum occupancy 4) consist of a double bedroom, full kitchen with integrated appliances, spacious lounge area with dining table, sofa bed, full bathroom & terrace.

Two-bedroom apartments (maximum occupancy 6) consist of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, two full bathrooms, full kitchen with integrated appliances, spacious lounge area with dining table and sofa bed, balcony and terrace.

The apartments have direct access to private courtyards/terraces from bedroom or lounge.

Bathrooms are in marble with twin inset basins, bidet and many with large whirlpool style baths. Some apartments have separate cloakrooms with toilet and wash hand basin.

All units have large TVs, and satellite channels can be arranged on request.

All apartments are fully equipped - i.e. with linen, towels, cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment.

All apartments have full kitchens with electric hobs, fridge, ovens / grills, kettles, coffee percolators and toasters

All apartments have washing machine and clothes drying racks. Maid service and laundry is available for a modest charge by arrangement.
