Recently the charity has given away a total of  over eight thousand euros, divided between Apanate, the Brothers of the White Cross, Madre Mathilde, Santa Rita and the Hospital Immaculada.  

The photograph shows Helen Jamieson, the President of the association, presenting a cheque to Los Hermanos de la Cruz Blanca here in Puerto de la Cruz.  More money is to be given away soon, before the Annual General Meeting in March.

Carnival Lunch at Las Flores Restaurant (under new management). 1Pm for 1.30pm, members 20 euros.  Four courses including wine, water and coffee.

Coach trip to Iceland including a lunch at Scampi’s Restaurant in Los Cristianos. Members 12 euros, meal an additional 5.99 euros.  The coach leaves at 11.30am prompt  from the Botanical Gardens, La Paz. 

Sixties Night Buffet Dance at the Hotel Palmeras Playa, 22 euros; includes wine and water, dress smart – casual or typical Sixties!

Buffet Lunch at the Hotel Masaru, members 15 euros.  Includes wine and water, 1pm for 1.30pm.
