Guardia Civíl in the capital, San Sebástian intercepted a boat last week while it was docking in the harbour's sports marina. In what appeared to be a well planned operation, the Guardia arrested those on the zodiac-type craft, confiscating 40 bundles amounting to 1,200 kilos of drugs
