Visitor numbers for Tenerife up 1.9 per cent in first seven months

Tenerife recorded an increase in visitors of 1.9 per cent in the first seven months of the year, with a rise both in the domestic market and in international tourists. The five-star hotels on the island increased their customers by 7.1 per cent from January to July, as recorded in the Cabildo’s Receptive Tourism Statistics.
