Road schemes on La Gomera at stalemate as just 30 per cent of pledge fulfilled

An urgent appeal is being made to the Canary and Spanish Governments for vital road improvements in La Gomera. Cabildo president Casimiro Curbelo said only 30 per cent of what had been agreed previously had been put into action and this was putting the future of the island and the Canaries in jeopardy.
