All the news from Acción del Sol
This gorgeous little girl and her four sisters were found abandoned in Granadilla.
They are only two months old. After their veterinary checks-ups, innocu-lations and legal probational period, they will be looking for new loving homes . They will be small dogs and are very loving.
With the temperatures rising, please take extra care with your dogs ensuring that they have sufficient shade, water and are kept in during the midday sun, remembering that the pavements get extremely hot and can burn their pads.
Please never leave your dog in a car even for a short period of time as it can have catastrophic consequences.
We have over 200 dogs at our refuge that are desperately seeking a new loving home. Some of our dogs have been with us since the refuge was opened.
All they want is love, care and affection. Each and every dog is fully innoculated, passported, micro chipped and with a clean bill of health. We do not charge for adopting a dog but donations are welcomed towards the ongoing rising costs of running the refuge.
Please do call the refuge on 922778630 if you can help in any way.
We are always in need of tinned dog food for our older dogs, as well as blankets, towels, sheets, dog toys, and collars and leads.
If you have any of the above to spare, they would be very much appreciated at the refuge, or visit Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons from 14.00-17.00pm and Saturdays 13.00- 16.00.
We are situated directly under the Eolica Parque exit 52 on the TF1 north bound which is after the after the El Medano junction .
