All Saints Church built at the turn of the centuryis a delightful traditional English Church tucked away in the picturesque town of Puerto de la Cruz. Come and join us our Eucharistic Services are held on a weekly basis as follows:
Sundays 9.30am— Holy Communion Traditional Service.
Sundays 11am—Sung Eucharist.
Wednesdays 10am— Service of Holy Communion.
Everybody welcome to come and join us in Worship. Refreshments are served after the Wednesday and Sung Eucharist on a Sunday.
We held a very special Remembrance Service on November 13th when friends from the South Tenerife church joined us. We were very lucky to have Flight Lieutenant Ken Trent DFC arriving only the day before to lay our poppy wreath. This isn’t the first time Ken has laid our wreath and it was good to have him back amongst us again.
All Saints is holding Four Starters for your Christmas Menu, why not add 4 spiritual starters to your Christmas Menu this year? When the big feast arrives it will mean even more to you. Mary, mother of Jesus, St Luke,St John and St Paul all have different “takes” on the Christmas story. Come and taste each in turn at All Saints Parsonage on Wednesdays November 30th and December 7th,14th and 21st. under the guidance of our locum priest Reverend Michael Higgins 11.15am for one hour, coffe will be served from 10.30. Pop a bible in your pocket as you come .
Dont miss it All Saints Church is holding a Music and Voice evening on Satur-day November 26th at 7.30 pm. There will be three accomplished organ players Christopher Monckton, Rayco Gonzalez, our own church organist and Markku Ylipaa who plays for the Finnish church. Markkus wife Tuja will be singing also Simon Monckton and Rayco Gonzalez. Will be an evening to be enjoyed Tickets on the door 10 euros the proceeds of which are going towards the church primeter lighting or from Jean on 922321164. There will be a complimentary glass of wine after the performance.
The beginning of the Christmas Festivities starts here at All Saints Church Christmas Car Boot on Saturday December 3rd from 11.30am onwards. Take time to browse amongst the Christmassy Stalls especially the church handicraft stall full of home made goods ideal for Christmas presents. There will be a grand Christmas Raffle which will be drawn in the afternoon of the Car Boot so make sure your tickets are ready just in case you may have won a prize, Even the younger ones will not be disappointed as we have it on good authority that Father Christmas and one of his helpers will be there waiting to meet the children and listen to their Christmas wishes.The Bistro too will be selling their ever popular burgers and other delights to temp the palate. Refreshments too, hot or cold or so-mething stronger will be available throughout the day, an excuse to sit down and chat with friends. Come along and join us, you will not be disappointed.
Our annual very popular Carol Concert will be held on Thursday December 15th at 7pm in the Church. This is always very well attended as everyone joins together to sing their favourite carols.
